Financially Accessible Care
In providing therapy, equitable care means recognizing that each client enters the therapeutic space with a unique level of emotional, financial, and psychological capacity shaped by personal experiences, systemic factors, and current stressors. Not everyone has the same resources or bandwidth at any given time, and this must be honored in both the therapeutic process and in how services are offered.
A sliding scale fee structure reflects this understanding by ensuring that clients are not expected to give beyond their capacity financially or emotionally. The goal is not equal payment, but equitable access. By adjusting fees based on individual circumstances, we reduce barriers to care and affirm that each person’s ability to engage in therapy should not be limited by their economic position. This approach creates a more inclusive, just, and responsive therapeutic environment without judgement or compromising care.

Suggested Fee Ranges:
Tier 1 Significant Impact $125-$150
Tier 2 Some Impact $150-$175
Tier 3 Little Impact $175-$200
Tier 4 No Impact $200-$250+
The Branch Counseling is an out-of-network provider and can accept Credit and FHS payments.

I don’t benefit monetarily if you choose services here but this could be a solution to fit your financial needs.
At TheraCare Las Colinas Associate counselors are fully licensed and working under the supervision of a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor. One of the biggest advantages of working with an Associate counselor is that you are receiving a team approach to your care. Associates meet with their Supervisor 4 hours a month to discuss your case and brainstorm on how to support you best.
