Move with your inner world
IFS YOGA
Anxiety and trauma leave lasting impacts on our nervous system. Often we can feel hyper alert, increase worry, stress and difficulty relaxing. I know it’s not easy to shift out of these states and it may take some time to reconnect, but you can do it.
IFS Yoga is a gentle practice that prioritizes the mental, emotional and physical needs of you and not the achievement of a pose.
I help by building and guiding you in a private 50min movement, breath and meditation practice to support you in mental and emotional repair while you self care.
IFS Yoga is a perfect adjunct practice to your trauma work and can be scheduled as a stand alone service.
Invest in self care with IFS Yoga.

Pause with me.
It all begins with you. To notice where you are and how you share relationship to the world around you.
I know my life is led by a schedule, places to be and things to do. But every now and again it’s important I take back some leadership to let my mind and body know I’m listening to it.
Pause with me for this 8min practice to explore tuning in to and establishing connection in the present moment.
