Hi, I’m Kelly Ayala Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and for the past 14 years I have been helping my clients heal from complex trauma, life changes and develop self care practices. 

 Mental health is not just genetics and we can’t reduce your lived experience to fit a label or diagnosis. While stress, anxiety & depression may be play a leading role in your life the truth is it’s not who you are. You are a unique being with a personalized story and I want to get to know this part of you. It’s these stories and experiences that have shaped the way you interact with the world, trust and engage in relationships. 

I want you to know you are not broken but healing. I believe that therapy can help attend to the parts of you that are overwhelmed, procrastinating, numb and exhausted. Complex trauma is a series of events that happen over time and impact the nervous system keeping it in an overactive state. Complex trauma can manifest as deep internalized shame, chronic anxiety, distrust, people-pleasing, perfectionism and relational avoidance/codependency.
